Help us build a better future for children
Fundraising at NSPCC
Engagement and fundraising is central to the NSPCC’s work – we are almost entirely reliant on the generosity of the public to support us. Following on from a decline in income in our voluntary income over the past decade and Engagement and fundraising are central to the NSPCC’s mission – we rely on the generosity and commitment of the public to ensure we can be there for children when they need us most. After a decade of declining voluntary income, shifting supporter behaviours and rising costs, we are embarking on an ambitious transformation to modernise and strengthen how we engage supporters.
To help drive this change, we are recruiting a new cohort of senior leaders who will play a pivotal role in reshaping our engagement and fundraising activity. These roles will lead innovative approaches to expanding our reach, improving supporter experience and building a sustainable foundation for future growth.
Each role will champion a collaborative, audience-centred approach that deepens relationships with supporters and uses data and insight to maximise our impact.
This is an exciting moment to join us as we write the next chapter in the NSPCC’s 130-year history. With your leadership, we can scale our impact and protect more children across the UK.
If you are a dynamic, visionary leader with a strong track record in fundraising, marketing or partnership development and you share our passion for protecting children, we’d love to hear from you.
